Convenient location but terrible experience

I stayed one night in a double room that left much to be desired. The cleanliness was appalling, with stained sheets and a bathroom in dire need of maintenance. the location near the airport was very convenient, but the overall experience was overshadowed by poor conditions.

i booked this place for my cousins thinkin it would be ok to stay near the airport, but the location was kinda the only thing good. they got to meet some locals at the pub attached which was a little fun.

but honestly, the room was dirty, smelly, n my cousins checked out the moment they saw it even tho they prepaid no refund so it was such a waste. the reception was rude n unhelpful.

The location is great for families, especially with a nearby airport shuttle. We enjoyed exploring Legoland during our stay, and the kids had a blast.

My kids wished for better cleanliness and safety in the shared area. Improvements there would definitely make the stay more enjoyable for families.

The bed was comfortable and we slept well for the three nights we were there. The lady gave us two freshly laundered towels but commented the management hadn't a clue.

This place was far from reasonable but still it had a few decent points.

Sketchy vibes and no service

This stay was a nightmare honestly! First off, we had to figure out where to go 'cause the address was wrong. The staff? Nonexistent and pretty sketchy if ya ask me. My room was empty of everything—no towels or soap and the bathroom was out of order. At least the bar area had some decent snacks, but that’s it. No WiFi too!
